Personal Training is a one on one specialised program with one of our personal trainers. This type of coaching follows a specific training program, tailor made for individuals to accomplish their goals.
Group personal training includes a personalised program combined with the added benefit of being inspired by the training partners of your choice, (no more than six per group).
